When they came out the first time they only had half our order and when we went in they were super high and we had to repeat the food we were missing like 3 times. Decent food. Super shitty service.

- MMMatt MellyNov 6, 20251.0This McDonald's needs a major change in management, the younger employees need an army drill sergeant to teach them integrity, respect, professional work behavior, business ethics, manners, and to take pride in their work no matter what their job is. They don't even speaking proper english! When you pull up to the drive-thru expect to be greeted with “go ahead “ or “you can order“ its appalling, embarrassing, and sad. I blame upper management for condoning the behavior. They are not going to be able to go out in the world today and secure a career if they continue to behave the way they are. After 2 months of researching and ordering from this mcdonald's its only gotten worse. They are lazy the food is cold and soggy. My investigation has concluded that this establishment needs a boot camp and new managers to guide the employees to success. I look forward to seeing if changes are made but I'm not counting on it. The service is awful.
