While I was waiting, I was paying attention to the front of the store, as I didn’t expect the pizza to be brought out from the back of the building. When I finally opened my window, it was clear she was already irritated, likely because she had been waiting for a moment—but there was no way for me to know where the pickup would be coming from. Overall, the experience felt unnecessary and unpleasant.

I’ve been ordering from them for years and have never had any issues. I did mess up an order recently, and when I called to ask about it (right in the middle of the dinner rush), the manager was incredibly kind. She found my ticket right away, figured out what had happened, and even apologized- despite the mistake being mine. The loveliness of the interaction was almost enough to ease the pain of not eating the mouthwatering ‘zza on my counter. The staff is always friendly, the food is consistently good, and the Green Lantern + green peppers has been my bag for over a decade. Still undefeated.
