Family wanted the chicken breakfast sandwiches, so I put it on mobile order and curbside pickup bc I know they take a little longer to make usually, we needed 4 total. I arrive, wait for about 10 minutes then get my food. As I drive off I reach my hand in the bag and only feel 3 sandwiches. Great. I pull over to check what exactly Im missing, and only one of them was even chicken! The other two were sausage!!! So I have to drive back, and WAIT, of course. 40 minutes after I put in my first order I have my food. Tell me again why fast food workers need to be paid so much?

The man on the speaker put us on hold f5 minutes. Very slow service food was warm but it took 20 minutes to get my order

Always Short on fries you order a large pour it out and pour a small in it's the exact same. Bad attitude burge is missing Onion and pickles as well

Hope the assistant manager displayed phenomenal customer service very professional very personable. She set the tone for her employees regarding what true customer service really means. The regional manager was amazing as well she seemed very down-to-earth quickly pitched in to help and had a very warm and fighting customer service oriented personality

Ask for my food cooked to order she grunted then turned around and started running her mouth saying how long this order is going to take and when I finally got my food fries were cold soggy food wasn't cooked to order nothing was would not recommend because the attitude there and the atmosphere there sucks
