  I like supporting this place, but 12 people in line a one cashier (that is also delivering orders to tables). If you’re going offer grab and go products as well as made-to-order products then you need to get this wait times down. ESPECIALLY because all of the products are cold…

  It says open until 10 on website and their door but they were locking the doors when we pulled up at 9:01 on a Saturday.

  This might actually be my first 1 star review. Went in on our way home to enjoy some ice cream with the family. We stopped iblnto the St. Peters location because it was on the route home. The individual who took our order was not very pleasant. When we got our order it came out melted. We asked for a refund on just one of the 3 melted ones and brought attention to the young lady who brought it out that the person taking our order was touching food and not wearing gloves (after touching his face and being on his phone).The manager came out immediately rude saying she did not see any of that and behaved towards us like we were lying. But then turns right around to defend the behavior she "didnt see" and that "didn't happen" by saying he has a glove allergy. She stated that is why he is upfront. When we asked why he was touching food then, she said it was because they were busy and that she gave him permission to text someone to come in because it was a "record-breaking" night (so now he was on the phone and is allowed to touch food with his bare hands if they are busy.... 🤔). We finally got our refund while she is mocking us to all the workers in the back and then brings it back out and tells us "oh by the way my name is Anne and I have been here for 5 years and if you like the O'Fallon location better you can just go there next time!" Well Anne, we sure will. This bad review would not even be here if it were not for your unprofessional behavior. I felt so uncomfortable there that I threw my melted ice cream away and had to have my kids finish their cones standing in the parking lot. This was the one moment I was going to be able to share with my kids today and it was ruined because of you. Thanks for showing my kids what customer service should never look like. O'Fallon Oberweis, we will see you soon!

  Awesome ice cream place! They have a fall themed Apple Crisp Sundae during the fall months which I highly recommend!
