As a south county restaurant tradition, the philosophy of Bartolino’s is to provide a dining experience that welcomes each guest to be part of our extended family. When that time passed and no food ever came, I called the restaurant to find out that they aren’t accepting take out orders and were “surprised” to find out that door dash accepted the order. They basically blamed door dash. I called door dash and then they blamed Bartolinos. Long story short—we received no Christmas Eve dinner and no one even accepted or acknowledged ownership. Bartolinos offered nothing to us and we had no dinner. What a terrible experience.

Busser was very attentive & checked in on us multiple times- he also took care of the error and was apologetic that the server was too busy. The one app we had & salads were delicious. Wish service would have been better for the $75 bill. Maybe next time!

Reservations were made 2 weeks in advance for a table of 5 and our seating was horrible. The backs of our chairs wee hitting against the people at the surounding tables. Our waiter told us from the get go "I know its crowded but there is nothing I can do" There was barely any room for our servers to serve us and then we all felt rushed to finish our meal and move on. We refused dessert because of this and took our business to another local eatery. No excuse for such seating arrangements. Large party in back room is no excuse for overbooking tables.
