Phone goes directly to a call center. They couldn’t help us and said they’d transfer us to the store. After a few minutes of hold music we get another call center employee. Same deal. After the 4th call center employee, we gave up. Customer service via the website couldn’t do much but give us a refund and file an incident report with the store owner. Will not be returning.

How can any establishment operate like this. Shut down online ordering if it’s impossible to keep up with demand. It isn’t the kids fault he is being screwed over by corporate greed. I don’t recommend ordering from here if uou want food. All you get is a night wasted trying to figure out if you are getting your order or need to cancel. You cannot actually call this store at all. It’s all bots and hurdles.
