  I have never been to a place so slow and still get the order wrong completely. We will never come back here. We will drive the extra mileage to waynesville. To hell with this place

  We ordered a large fry, a large Sprite, and two double cheeseburgers with only ketchup. When we realized the order was wrong, we went back and asked for new burgers. The employee said sure — but then asked us to give the burgers back. My husband had already taken a bite out of one, so we just looked at each other like… seriously? We handed them back anyway, laughed about it, and waited for the replacements. But when we drove off and checked again, the new burgers still had onions. At that point, I begged my husband to go back one more time just for the laugh, but we didn’t. The staff wasn’t polite, the order was wrong twice, and the whole experience was just disappointing — though admittedly, we’ll be laughing about it for a while.

  I've been to a lot of McDonalds and this one is excellent! The staff are very friendly and actually care about serving their customers. The dine-in experience was surprisingly good. The staff greet guests as they enter, bring the food out to tables, ask guests how they're liking the food, and even offer refills to drinks. I've also overheard the conversations of the staff in the background and they clearly have a positive work environment and good communication. This location really surprised me!

  More often than not when you get to the second window they are going to slap an order sticker on your mirror and have you pull around to wait for your food, especially when busy. The problem is they tend to forget what has been handed out to you and what was left to give, so you might have things missing. Then your sitting there even longer or you end up having to go through the drive thru again because the person that brought you your items forgot to tell them when they got back inside. The food isn't bad though, haven't had any problems there yet.

  it's one thing to forget a cookie but to forget a whole tote that you paid over $7 for and it's not included in your order upon delivery is a big letdown
