I then called to place the order and was told it would be 45 min for delivery. When the order was 15 min late I called to check on it. The store manager tells me the delivery time was 85 min. I explained that I was told 45 min and would have never placed the order otherwise. She then basically tells me that I'm lying and then brings up my son calling earlier before me.I brought up that someone hung up on him 2 and she tells me no he hung up. I was standing right in front of him when he made the call and know for a fact he never hung up why would he when he's the one that's hungry. As a former pizza hut manager, I was amazed how she really didn't care about proper service and sustain a good customer base. I told because of her attitude and the rudeness of hanging up on my son I didn't want their product anymore. As long as they provide service like that I'll never order from that store again. And that manger really needs to be fired.
