My husband and I went to mcdonalds and the drive thru line was wrapped around so we get up to the speaker the FIRST time and nothing no response nothing so we went around to go see if we could just go in when it literally says for their hours on the door that you could go in but nope door was locked! So we drive back in line waiting over 30 minutes just to get our order taken it was 8:29 pm they close at 11:00 pm they took the persons order that were in front of us and as soon as we get up there still waiting and then the woman says and I quote " we are no longer taking any orders right now." Now why couldn't you have somebody out there telling people this so then they wouldn't be waiting that long? Whoever said this should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A MCDONALDS SAYING WE ARE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS!!!! Especially we waited all that time and now youre gonna tell us this crap!!! I have never heard of this mcdonalds get better employees and fire the ones who say they are not taking any more orders at 8:29pm when they dont even close till 11:00pm do better this is beyond ridiculous.

- SKShoaib KhanDec 7, 20251.0Went to buy fish o fillet meal and basket of fries from drive through. They gave me cold fries with a rotten fish sandwich that smelled bad and I had to throw that away. So disappointing when they consider costumer's like garbage cans to dump away their old and rotten food. Regret wasting my money. They close at 11pm, otherwise would have gone back to give tell them about their worst service.

I spent like $50 for dry cheeseburgers and no socks. And this isn’t any complaint on the door dasher, this is a full complaint on the food and the service of the restaurant.

I won’t say the customer service was bad because there wasn’t any. Every associate I had an encounter with was silent except for telling what to pay or what my order was. I don’t eat out often, as I live very modest. Will DEFINITELY not return to this location. Absolutely terrible.
