I had a bad experience, and it's not the first time. Today I went and was served by a young man named Jarrel. When he arrived, I told him my English wasn't very good, and he immediately went to find a short, red-haired girl who works there. She refused to serve me. I called the guy over and put him on with my translator, and I told him I didn't like how he was treating me because, even though we're from the same country, he once told me I didn't speak Spanish or that I wasn't perfect. I'm very ashamed of the level of racism that exists, especially from my fellow countrymen. However, Americans try to help resolve the situation. She gave me my six nuggets because I saw her preparing my fries and the nuggets. When I got home and opened the package, all she did was make me turn around to show them to her. She gave me two pieces that didn't even look like nuggets. She even went to the trouble of choosing them for me. I shouldn't be working there, in that place, or at least they should treat the customer well. The nuggets they gave me were embarrassing.

I came on 11/11 @ 7am and whoever is working is horrible. They answer the speaker i said give me a moment. Then she ignored me when I said I was ready. So I bagged up and pull back up to the speaker. She answered and I gave her my order then she ignored me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE DRIVE THRU. I left without getting food cause the service was so horrible!

I order breakfast online and pulled up to the drive thru and my order still wasn’t ready and they didn’t give me all my order. I ordered a baconator meal and the biggie meal. I was missing my biscuit & sausage

I went here late Halloween night (late 11ish), and I absolutely know they had been dealing with utter shenanigans from unruly patrons in the drive-through (i.e., people on foot behind me, and some kind of packed club in the shared parking lot), but my gosh, the lady who took care of me was just absolutely wonderful. Give all of those people working that night a raise!

My experience today was very poor service was I ordered a chili? I asked for extra crackers and chili seasoning and she forgot to give me a spoon and a straw and I was at the window. I was like hello and they still have it so how how long am I going to drink my drink driving without no straw but I did because I pulled another straw out of my cup from McDonald’s
