    This location needs to be shut down, expeditiously! No way I should be waiting 2 hrs for 1 pizza and 8 wings and then to bite into all cheese with little to none pepperoni on a pepperoni lovers pizza. Ridiculous! Needs better management and workers.

    Came to pick up my DoorDash order and the person up front (manager) gave me the order and then took it back and refused to give it to me because I asked for the receipt after he took it and crumbled it up in front of me. DoorDash asks for a picture of the receipt and when I showed him my the screen showing DoorDash asking for a picture of the receipt he said they don’t give receipts to DoorDash. He then took the food away from me because I asked to speak to a manager. He stated he is the manager then cursed at me and threatened to assault me. This guy needs to be fired!

    2nd time in 3 weeks and order was wrong. Staff seemed disorganized when I picked up order. Pizza tasted dry and bland. That sealed the deal for me, done with Raytown Pizza Hut.
