The floor was very sticky throughout and there was visible mold on the drink machine! I do not recommend this location!

Went to counter and order was sitting at counter, no acknowledgement or order called out. Food was cold and frappe had caramel all on the outside of the cup. Tables dirty and location did not appear busy at all. Very disappointing visit.

I had to call to get my food brought out. When I told them it said my food was ready 15 minutes ago they said they saw my food was ready and would bring it out. I tried to ask if my food had been waiting for 15 minutes and they hung up before I could ask. Then when the kid brought out my food, I asked him. He told me that the food was fresh and had not been sitting for 15 minutes. When I told him I had been there 30 minutes, he seem confused. And said it was busy. It was not when I got there. And no shock, but the food was cold. It had been sitting for 15 minutes ready. Also why did it take so long to make my food? The curbside at this location has gone down hill. Curbside pick up is an absolute disaster. Do better.
