We ordered ranch snack wrap but the lady who took our order charged us for 2 ranch dips instead, then accused us of lying when we asked because it was missing. The ranch dips were also missing, so we basically got charged for missing items. Ordered large fries but the fries were soggy and barely filled up halfway. Won’t go there again.

So many times I come in and they can’t even find my order or they “deleted it off the screen by accident.” Don’t go here. Drive further for better service.

Fries are hard and cold. Customer service is horrible. This McDonald’s need to be shut down. They do not care. You have employees calling customers out of their name. Totally insane I will definitely not be back If you want some hot fresh food and good customer service I assure you this is definitely not the place!
