  I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times over the past and every time there is something wrong with my order. Typically forgetting an item with the meal. The drink, fries, or the entree. I get that things get messed up, but it’s wild that we are 3/3 over a nine month period. Update: This last time we are missing the drink, and the staff were stating that we had the drink when we clearly didn’t. This is insane. It doesn’t take a lot of time to verify orders before handing them out.

  2 Big Mac , 1 Large Fries, 1 10 Piece Nugget: $25.04. Robbery. They can't break a fifty at the drive through. Really? You don't have $25 in change? They can't bother to tell me they are out of sweet and sour sauce just deliver it with no sauce and make me go back inside. The fries upside down and spilled in the bag was a nice touch.

  I see some bad reviews on here but people gotta understand most places are understaffed and every time I eat here or pick up a door dash order the employees are always nice even tho they looked wore out especially from those grinch boxes

  Tonight my order was taken. I paid. They said to drive around and pull into number 6 pickup. There were 15 or more cars waiting for their orders. I waited over 60 minutes for my order. I finally went in to see where my order was. Several customers were waiting for their order inside. I asked where the manager was. Someone said they are hiding. A lady spoke up I am one. I said I wanted my money back. She couldn't figure out how to do that. An employee brought out a bag and said the number. It didn't match mine, but the manager said it was mine. I didn't get the correct order. Very frustrated with service, employees and my order. I was so glad to get out of there, but my grandsons didn't get what they wanted. They were hungry when I returned. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald's to anyone. They need to close.

  Went in for 2 Happy meals and a Big Mac meal on 12/5 at around 4 pm. Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru, just for them to bring out the Big Mac and no kid meals. I had to go inside and request the rest of my food. Stood there for an additional 10 minutes waiting for them. While the cooks argued that they had already made it once and didn't want to make it again. This is a consistent issue at this location. And I recommend going to a different location, if you absolutely have to eat McDonald's.
