- AGAlisyn GaylerJan 4, 20261.0So look I'm a manager myself who works in food and I never cause a fuss but I ordered on door dash BEFORE they switched to breakfast and around 4:10 after they switched I got a message saying they were out of it my food like I said I don't usually say anything but like how are you going to get my order before you switch and ignore it until AFTER you switch to breakfast

Fries were cold so I had to get them remade, had to ask 3 different times for a tray before they gave it to me, ordered table service for a soda but they just left it on the pickup instead of bringing it to the table, and my sandwich was definitely not fresh and the bread was stale. I went to the manager and complained but she tried to blame me for the order. And then as I was packing everything up to leave, I noticed that my burger was under cooked. And the sandwich was the messiest sandwich I ever got. I am going to speak with the property owner tomorrow about this. Terrible customer service! I'm posting a picture of my sandwich but it's hard to tell on camera but it is undercooked.

- DKdavid keeleyDec 8, 20252.0New location. Thought we'd try it out. VERY limited seating. We ended up having to sit at a booth where my wife had to sit on a stool woth no back. Only one cash register. Has maybe four self serve kiosks. Unable to see the kitchen. If you want to get a refill before leaving, you have to find an employee and have them do so for you... the soda fountain isn't accessible to customers. We will never be dinning here again. Will most likely just drive the five or so miles to a more normal location. Not sure what they were trying to do here, but it's a failure
