My recent experience lead me to this review. They forgot my fries and BBQ sauce. I took my receipt back with me but left the rest of the food to be ate by kid and gf while still hot. I couldn't understand the managerAlex who barely speaks English when this is not even a Hispanic dominant area. But whatever, he looked at the receipt and with attitude was questioning me like I was lying about 2 dollar fries. I told them they mess up every week I go there. One the employees then asked why I keep coming back?!?!. My kids thats why but never again after this.

Nobody asks if you're good, just ignored at the counter while they prioritize the DT. Sad to see where McD's has ended up these days. Nobody gives a rat's behind. I finally asked for a refund when I was finally able to get someone to acknowledge me. Left hungry on principle...I'm not interested in supporting a business that obviously doesn't care. Edit. You can skip the link, will not be back, I'll eat cat litter first. Zero interest in a coupon or platitude.
