Because their cafe is literally on par to a Starbucks cafe. Plus if you use your capital one card or discover, you get 50% off your drinks. Then you can do your banking with real agents. I have never seen anything like this before and I’m all for it

We were helped by the bank teller, Shay, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions about opening a new 360 checking account. She really went above and beyond to research the details of the bonus sign-up offer (the reason for our visit!) and clearly explained all the requirements. She was also kind enough to give us complimentary drink coupons for the café! Shay was super patient and informative, even showing me in real-time how to locate Allpoint ATMs and add beneficiary details within the app. The Perfect Remote Workspace As a regular visitor who often comes here to work remote, I can attest that this cafe is consistently a comfortable and productive place to study or work. The space is always spacious and incredibly clean. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of tables with readily available outlets for people who need them. The option of using the private rooms is a huge bonus for meetings or focused work. Even the bathrooms are notably clean! With such helpful employees like Shay and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend banking here and checking out the café—it's a perfect spot to hang out, socialize, read, or study.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH
- Request duplicate tax forms be mailed to you

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
