    I went through the drive-through. The lady was nice. I got what I ordered. They forgot to give me my barbecue sauce. I had chicken nuggets and they were basically lukewarm cool. And a fish sandwich and the fish sandwich wasn’t even warm. The french fries were sort of warm. The meal sucked. The only thing that was good was a Sunday.

    We came by to eat dinner after a doctor appointment. There were signs stating no service inside. We went thru the drive thru. There was a sign saying no food but they had drinks. The water service was shut down in Independence from a boiler issue. We went next door to taco bell and they had signs stating the opposite. They had food but no drinks, which made sense. It was disappointing that mcdonalds would shut down and as we drove off after going to Walmart the McDonald's drive thru was open.

    I've made over 4,400 dashes for Door Dash over the last 4+yrs. I can honestly say the this particular location has always been on time for the most part. Their staff is friendly and professional in their duties Well run & highly organized, I never worry about picking up food for my customers. Kudos to the management at this place.

    Constantly having to ask to have my coffee remade, because they keep making it iced. Please pay attention to what customers are ordering. Some of us don't have time to wait for you to fix your mistakes. This is the second time I've had to had my coffee remade. Otherwise, food here is good. To me, all McDonald's taste the same.
