I had to go in the building because my drink was wrong...no big deal...but then I get all the way home and my burger was wrong. Their suggestion was for me to leave my other food to get cold at home and to run up there and just to get bacon. And they will not help me in any other way. They will not replace my fries because they are going to b cold and they will not make a new burger correctly. Very dissapointed!!! So much for spending $30 and they only got half the order right. Do better. Fast food is not cheap these days. All I wanted was for them to rectify the situation and they refused.

Rude unhelpful staff. Basically overall poorly managed facility. I spend close to 100.00 to 200.00 per week at this store.....no more. Very very displeased with the management of this location. Drive to anywhere but here.

- BNBrandon NiederhauserJan 1, 20261.0They made me pull to the side for over 15 minutes and all I ordered was one shake to find out after I had to drive back around the drive thru that their shake machine wasnt working. Ended up leaving with nothing after they made me pull to the side again so they could issue my refund. If you want quick and accurate service I would not recommend this location. They are very unorganized and more worried about manipulating their times then actually getting the customers out quickly with quick service.
