    Manager was rude when they couldn't find my order. I asked for a refund and he stated that whatever way I paid is how I have to get a refund while pointing his finger out my chest. His tone was in not polite, this wAs after they found my order. Now it's going to take 7 days for them to refund my money!!

    This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately it’s not a one-time issue this happens every visit. You pull up and get a prerecorded message, then before you can even say you have a mobile order, someone abruptly cuts in and barks “CODE.” No hello, no greeting, nothing. Before you can even finish saying the code, you’re yelled at to go to the “1st window.” There is zero opportunity to ask a question, add an item, or clarify anything, you’re treated like an inconvenience for simply being there. Then, at the first window, they suddenly ask what your mobile order is… which is confusing considering how aggressively rushed you were just moments before. At the second window, it’s the same thing every time: no greeting, no thank you, no basic human interaction. Just a stone-cold stare and food practically shoved at you. Don’t even bother asking for sauce — you won’t get it. To the employees with constant attitudes: if you hate your job this much, please find a different one. Customers who are simply picking up food and not causing problems do not deserve to be treated with hostility. Customer service here is nonexistent, and the overall experience is uncomfortable and unpleasant every single time.

    This was a super clean and fast McDonalds. The team was very efficient and seemed to work well together. Food was hot and fresh and coffee was hot, sweet and creamy ❤️

    Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. WaIted forever, and couldn't even use my app code. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Not worth it.
