You pull up and get a prerecorded message, then before you can even say you have a mobile order, someone abruptly cuts in and barks “CODE.” No hello, no greeting, nothing. Before you can even finish saying the code, you’re yelled at to go to the “1st window.” There is zero opportunity to ask a question, add an item, or clarify anything, you’re treated like an inconvenience for simply being there. Then, at the first window, they suddenly ask what your mobile order is… which is confusing considering how aggressively rushed you were just moments before. At the second window, it’s the same thing every time: no greeting, no thank you, no basic human interaction. Just a stone-cold stare and food practically shoved at you. Don’t even bother asking for sauce — you won’t get it. To the employees with constant attitudes: if you hate your job this much, please find a different one. Customers who are simply picking up food and not causing problems do not deserve to be treated with hostility. Customer service here is nonexistent, and the overall experience is uncomfortable and unpleasant every single time.
