When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager, Dilan Sanchez, told me he couldn’t give me my food because there was no receipt — even though I saw him reboot the machine. I was left without food, without a refund, and no help. On top of that, both the manager and crew were extremely rude, and one employee even acted like they wanted to fight me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. The staff here seriously needs retraining on customer service and professionalism.
