  I’m reaching out because the level of service at this location requires immediate attention. I was quoted a 15-minute wait for a simple two-topping pizza. Instead, I waited over an hour along with a lobby full of frustrated customers who had clearly been given the same unrealistic wait times. When I finally asked about my order, the employee checked the oven and discovered my pizza sitting in the warmer — fully cooked, and simply forgotten. Throughout the entire interaction, the worker appeared disengaged and mentally unfocused, which only added to the frustration inside the store. I want to be clear: I am not attacking the employee. I recognize that some individuals may have personal or cognitive challenges. But the issue here is a lack of proper supervision, training, and support. The staff is over-promising, under-delivering, and operating without the management structure needed to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and basic customer satisfaction. This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Pizza Hut brand. I’m asking that this location receive immediate oversight and corrective action so customers are not repeatedly misled or forced to wait excessive times for simple orders. Thank you for taking this seriously and addressing it promptly.

  The toppings were sufficient in quantity and excellent in quality! However, I ordered and paid an up-charge for pan style crust and received original. They also still haven't figured out how to appropriately cut a pizza since my last order five months ago. I am going to a different pizza place from here on out!

  Placed my order a hour ahead of time to get there in be told I can’t find it cancel it then want another 2 hours to receive the pizza

  Unacceptable burnt pizza. This will never had happen at other locations. Lost for words.

  I believe her name was Shay. She was working hard to keep the store running efficiently. She was clearly under pressure, despite the circumstances she delivered stellar customer service. It seems lately that's a rare commodity in North county and made her excellent service much appreciated.
