She was rude, said there was not enough staff. We left I was furious. There was 3 kids standing outside the kitchen door taking a break at the same time smoking. With the door open so the smoke was going inside the kitchen area. First she should not work with public. If they are understaffed, Why are 3 kids taking a break at 530pm at the same time? We left I will be calling the corporate head quarters

We waited 40 minutes for the order to be re-delivered. They were hand tossed. I called and the 2nd woman was extremely rude, would not even let me speak just kept saying they were pan. Look, no one is trying to get free food, we simply wanted pan pizza. The pizza was not good and our breads ticks had to be microwaved. Mind you, this location is 5 minutes from my home. Managers should not speak to customers that way. Disappointed with the food we waited 2 hours for. If this is pan pizza, then I think we will stick to other pizza places, this pizza was not good at all.
