We waited 40 minutes for the order to be re-delivered. They were hand tossed. I called and the 2nd woman was extremely rude, would not even let me speak just kept saying they were pan. Look, no one is trying to get free food, we simply wanted pan pizza. The pizza was not good and our breads ticks had to be microwaved. Mind you, this location is 5 minutes from my home. Managers should not speak to customers that way. Disappointed with the food we waited 2 hours for. If this is pan pizza, then I think we will stick to other pizza places, this pizza was not good at all.

She explained that it was closing in 10 minutes so i should get many plates. I did. The pizza and cinnamon sticks were perfect. Although the breadsticks were hard. I jumped up to see if she'd cleared the buffet yet, and she had. I was looking for 1 more slice. She offered to make me a personal pan pizza instead, which I declined as I was starting to get full. Her demeanor was cheerful and professional. This location is near my doctor but far from home. When time allows, I will be back!
