My main issue is the only two times I ordered to Pick up inside the store, I waited 40 minutes to pick up my food and I never received it.. It was just a big Mac and a drink... I kept asking wheres my order... They kept ignoring me and talking nasty about me in the kitchen ( by the fries fryer or whatever it's called) and in the end I left the store and went to work because it almost got me late to work.., I tried to complain later by a phone call but I didn't get through anything. They kept saying I picked it up.. But it didn't happen. That's two time happens to me in this year! Not cool!
