  We had a carryout lunch for folks who were not familiar with Cathy’s kitchen and they loved every dish they were served!

  Been ordering from Cathys for years which might have to stop since they opened the new location on West Florissant. I go to pick up my $65 order no greeting or friendly smile and an attitude is what I received, when I called the location and spoke to the “manager” Michael he made it worse, to be in leadership he lack training or implementation to be in that position. He had no empathy, kept saying okay in a defensive and I don’t care manner. I’ve been in customer service and management for over 20 years so I know how to talk to people. I refuse to give money to some place who finds this to be acceptable.

  Cathy kitchen was great! The prices are a little high somewhat more of what you would expect from a dine in restaurant that offer more courses in their dining experience. I really enjoyed the food. The staff especially the a young man at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I ordered the Friday special which consisted of Three wings, a Catfish filet, and 6 shrimp and a side of fries. For around $30.00. Not to mention the cabbage in a cup, called slaw which came with the original order....Overall, I think that the prices were due to the atmosphere and modernized kiosk use to place the orders and well known celebrities who have used her catering for events who are displayed over all the wall in the establishment... It tend to cater to the mid to upper class which creates a safer more hospitable customer experience. Weeding out the rif-raff...
