Had to pick up mobile order app reloaded and told me to talk to employee for order, it will say stage on receipt. I saw the bag was ready in about 19 mins. Good luck trying to get some one to talk to. 30 mins later a wonderful girl walked in and noticed us being ignored. I just wanted to ask for a refund but im ignored. We told at least 3 Dashers Good luck on getting your order, think behind the counter they realize we actually had an order explain to 2 more employees our issue mind you that this was 45 mins in. THEN they realized the bag with "stage" was ours they threw it away and made another one. 55 min since we waited inside we got our food.

Got in the drive thru at 3:45pm, not many people inside or in the drive thru. After 45 minutes and only two cars in front of me getting their order I decided that I’d go rather go to the QuickTrip across the street than let them waste any more of my time for low quality food. The main reason people come here is for the speed, take that away and you can keep your overpriced slop.

Well the internet said that Clark Lane McDonald's was offering free breakfast for veterans past and present that's not true veterans don't go to McDonald's for breakfast they're not doing it

Waited over half an hour for one double cheeseburger. And I only got it after I went up and asked if my order had even gone through. Several other people were waiting just as long and getting just as irritated. When it's 6pm and there is a drive-thru line around the building with a handful of people waiting for food inside too, there needs to be more than 3 employees. Management needs to stop being cheap with their labor.

I have work in the food service for years over 25 and this is the worst restaurant ever. Orders are always wrong on drive thru and delivery, wait time while ordering food for drive thru is 25 mins, sometimes the waiting is so long we just leave. When you do go to the drive thru window to get your food you might wait another 10 or 15 minutes while employees are just standing around. And by the time you get your order right the food is cold. This been going on for a while at this location. Might need to check into it. This is why I gave you guys 1 star because I'm a nice guy.💯
