I saw a bag sitting on the counter and wondered if that was our order. After a while, the employee brought that bag out to me. I complained to the employee that our order had been ready and she turned around and walked off while I was talking to her. I had to park my car and come in and talk to the manager she wasn’t much better. I explained to them that my order had been sitting on the counter, waiting for someone to bring it to me. The manager claims it was not, but they were being rude, curt and kept cutting me off. As a customer, allow me to speak without interruption that helps de-escalate the situation. This is the third time that I’ve experienced bad customer service from this McDonald’s however, today was the worst. To add to my frustration, the food we ordered caused my son to throw it up right after eating it. Now he’s at home in bed sick, instead of being at school. They don’t have to worry about me coming again.
