I have a gluten allergy, and asked specifically for a gluten free bun, and the rest of my family just ordered regular sandwiches, and they bought out alll sandwiches with regular buns and I asked which was gluten free and she said “oh I forgot about that” and just walked away I had too go up to the counter and they finally made me a fresh one, with a gluten free bun, it also took 30 minutes too get food the first time

Reminded me of how McDonalds used to be - real beef hamburgers, good sized product, generous serving of fries, great sandwhich/food choices. We got the 555 meal. One double cheeseburger, one pork tenderloin. Will be going back...

I thought the cheeseburger was very good. Order was made fresh and there are several items/options on the menu. The locations in southwest MO are opening in the old Hardee restaurant locations. At the time of writing this review, the 2 Joplin locations are not open.

Had the burger with bacon cheese jalapeños it was ok but the thing that would have made it a good burger is a slice of real cheese not the synthetic warm liquid cheese they used on it
Sweet potato fries are great

Went to Beef a Roo last night with my family and spent over $60. The first thing was when we ordered they didn’t even give number place cards to put on table to know where to take that order. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes to get our food and it was the wrong order. I took it back to the counter and the lady took my receipt and looked at each item on the tray and said ( oh I guess this isn’t your order ). So she picks the tray up and takes it to the other customer that did order it after bringing it to my table. The other customer said they would not accept it. And made them remake the order. I was talking to the employee that took my order and she told me she has no idea where to take the orders once they are done. I seen the number placements and said to her that you should be using these and she told me we don’t ever use those. I told her well that’s some of your problem. We finally got our food another 45 minutes later and the food was cold. Did not taste good at all. I could not finish eating my hamburger because it was still raw in the middle. We will not be going back.
