One car in front of me in the drive thru, and I was told, yelled at through the intercom, it would take 15-20 minutes. This is actually an improvement from the other times they said, online orders only, or the system was down, or the drive thru was closed. They obviously are actively trying to turn away customers. I wish I could review the food but I've never actually been able to order.

All the outside lights were off so we passed it up a few times looking for Wendy's! Was told its going to be a while when there was no other inside customers and only 2 drive thru customers and we waited over 10mins to place order so yhen we went thru the drive thru then when we got our change the employee dropped some change and said "sorry" but didn't give us what he dropped!
