  Probably the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced, orders are constantly wrong, or made poorly. You're better off with any other pizza place in the area, chain or local.

  Forgot items then refused to refund them. Extremely rude when I called and yelled at me on the phone.

  They said my delivery is through door dash, I get a call from "door dash" n it's a guy saying he can't deliver the food, I call pizza hut n say I can come pick up the food, they say it's already been picked up and that the order was stolen and to call door dash, now it's "outside business hours" and door dash is not open to answer the call.. n I ordered at 10:52, they close at midnight, they said it would deliver by 11:17, I didn't get called by door dash until I called door dash support

  I love ur pizza .have t had it in a while the man that took my order over the phone was very nice and polite the store was clean and the workers are friendly .keep up the good work and God bless.

  Delivery order should have been received by 6:52 pm! Spoke to the store at 7pm and was told driver had been left! Waited another 40 mins NO ARRIVAL! Went to the store for a remake! Manager wants to argue over the phone after I was told by a store employee to come in for a remake since my order had not arrived! Order finally arrives after I make it to the store! COLD! I have never had bad customer service from this store until now and I highly doubt I ever spend any more money with pizza hut because of this experience! Its no reason to pay for a order to be delivered to have to still drive to the store and then to receive horrible customer service….not one apology as if I was in the wrong and of course the pizza was cold after being gone from the store for 50 mins it no longer even looked fresh and I have pictures to prove it! Sad part is the bad service came from the manager over the phone not even the employees that were at the location! So I will give them credit! A rude manager is crazy with 99 excuses! The manager wanted to argue that the website not correct, the track your order not correct everything is estimates and that if more orders come in the driver will take them all at once so basically deliver cold food because you certainly not making tons of orders AT ONCE! Not the mention I asked why the food didn't deliver via door dash and she stated door dash is not reliable as if the PIZZA HUT DRIVER DELIVERING NEARLY A HOUR AFTER LEAVING THE STORE IS RELIABLE! Meanwhile there were at-least 5 door dash drivers picking up orders while I was there….seems reliable to me! Posted pictures of the pizza that arrived 50 mins late COLD! Then to tell me since I was at the store how did I know it was cold! How about because their was a grown person who answered the door for the food and its as simple as THE FOOD IS COLD AND THIS IS A PICTURE OF HOW IT arrived! Not even a proper representation of their pizza! Smh
