  Was there 3 and half hours. They only had 1 nurse and 1 doctor. Trust me go elsewhere. There was only 4 people there when I arrived and had to wait hour and half to get back to exam room. Then had to ask the nurse hour and half later if they forgot about me. Horrible experience. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

  Had wait to be seen a full hour after the appointment time. Stuck in an exam room. We didn’t want to go to urgent care on vacation, and no waiting sounded like a way to be seen and still have time to enjoy the day. False advertising.

  Well, we showed up at the clinic about 10 minutes before they were going to open. We parked and got out of the car going to sit in the shade by the door so we were the first ones in and before we even made it across the parking lot, a very rude woman stepped out the door amd said “we’re not even open yet”, we said we understand and started to explain we knew we were early when she rudely exclaimed, “ I don’t know if I’m even gonna have a provider today so I would go somewhere else if I were you.” So we did. But after thinking about it a few days as this was Tuesday morning, I have to say whoever that woman was could’ve handled that situation so much differently she had no idea what was wrong with either one of us or who we were, she treated us like we were there to buy the new iPhone, not receive medical treatment. We just moved to the area and won’t be returning there!

  I have lived in Branson for over 10 years now, and the health care in this town has been lacking up until Total Point opened up! Best Urgent Care ever! We have had to go to Urgent Care a couple of times this last month... guess that's what happens as a family of 6! Each time, they have been quick, precise, and professional. Their on call doctor, Dr Davis is very friendly and knowledgeable and gets the job done right. If you come to the unfortunate time that you need to go to the Doctor/ Urgent care, Total Point is the one you want to go to. P.s if you happen to go, and the parking lot is empty during open hours, they may look closed but they definitely are open. T.P is very quick to assess the situation and get you on your way, with such fast service, cars don't stay long in the parking lot.
