  I placed a mobile order for some food and a caramel macchiato. While I was ordering, my husband walked up to the counter to ask for a cup of water. After standing there for several minutes, a girl came to the front, and he asked her if she could help him, and she said that she was on a break. He told her that he and another man had been waiting at the front for several minutes. She offered to find someone to help them, and he got the cup of water. When I went inside to pick up my order, I saw my food was ready and heard a female employee tell the male employee working with her that she still needed the caramel macchiato to complete the order. He asked her if it was hot or iced, and she said iced. I told her that I ordered a hot one not an iced one. She tried to tell me that caramel macchiato is always iced. I told her again that I ordered a hot one. The male employee said it was no problem because he had actually already started making it as a hot drink. The girl that argued with me picked up my bag of food and pitched it back on the counter in front of me with an attitude. I shouldn’t have to plead my case about what drink I want. And I definitely didn’t deserve to have her pitch my bag back down on the counter. Shout out to the male employee who was super nice and helpful, but he did also tell me that he was filling in from another store.

  Horrible horrible experience every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s there is several McDonald’s in Branson go to any McDonald’s, but the one on 248 this is the worst McDonald’s by far. Every single time food is cold. I don’t even feel like we got cooked food, rude staff. I pray that you guys upgrade the store because nobody deserves to spend their money on this food and be treated that way, and then handed cold food every single time I will not ever be back to this McDonald’s And I am warning anybody not to go because you will get cold food. It does not ever fail. Every time this was it for us

  HOW CAN A COOK not notice stale bread. big mack bun was stale and the meat was cooked the day before and microwaved!!! you can tell me it was fresh, what!! even the cheese tasted odd..what the........ POST NOTE...I was sent a message on my email BUT. I do not have a android or smart phone, email only.

  Since "the wall" was built around customer counter, the staff hides, chatting, and doesn't care to Even look if customers need to place their orders, with no attentive staff to be seen!!!!! No ice cream! Was told machine was broken. Delivery truck was parked at West door,blocked handicap spaces and general parking.

  Place an online order for the new bacon chicken sandwich that they have and a Big Mac waited inside the store for 26 minutes and I got the wrong chicken sandwich. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the bacon one. I'm at work so I can't even go back to complain and get a new one I want credit for this The item I ordered was $6.39 before tax. The item I got was $4.79 before tax. I tried to call the store and it's just busy line so I guess they took their phone off the hook
