I bought a series of meals for my family on the app and after waiting 25 minutes in the store still did not have our food when I said just give me my money back and we'll go somewhere else cuz there are other restaurants in the area I was told that they cannot refund money off of the app and then I would just have to leave without my food so we had to we've had to request a refund through McDonald's corporate and it's ridiculous everyone was in their waiting for their food and no food was going out I'm not sure what their problem is.
