  Thieves hang out in the lobby and will quicky grab the food that just gets placed on the counter. No process to get the costumers food to the correct person, it is just left on the counter and abandoned. Staff was nice enough about it but the system is poor.

  When this place opened they were hands down the best McDonald’s. Food was always good and hot, they’re fast, and everyone was so nice. We probably went there atleast weekly until one day my daughter had a baby ROACH come out of her chicken nugget box whenever we had brought the food home. I had the family 20-40pc meal with fries- left it all in the bag nice and sealed until we got home and then saw that little creep come out of the box. We immediately threw everything away and I haven’t been back since. It’s a shame. I hope everything is ok there. Couldn’t find a number to contact through the app at the time.

  This McDonald’s in Barnhart, MO consistently delivers the best Big Macs around. They’re always made fresh, well put together, and taste exactly how a Big Mac should. The service is great every time — fast, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. You can tell the staff cares about doing a good job. Easily one of the most reliable McDonald’s locations I’ve been to.

  For a brand new place it feels dated as all can be and it is beyond bland. With the kitchen shoved behind a corner and just kiosks to "take your order" there's no interaction with any employee unless they are putting a order in the "take out slot". It makes eating inside feel so awkward and all around terrible. If there was a star selection for design and warmth of inside id give it a ZERO star. Who ever gave the okay to build this place has no feel or care about customers and just wants people to go their spend money and leave and if you choose to eat inside dont feel comfortable

  This is the newest McDonald’s in the area, and it’s putting the other locations to shame. This place has its act together. It’s McDonald’s—you know what you’re getting—so the best they can do is get it right and get it fast, and this location does that every time. I’ve ordered via DoorDash, through the app and parked in the numbered spots, walked in and ordered at the kiosk, and used the drive-thru. No matter the method, the experience has been consistently good. There’s rarely a line, even during high-traffic times, and that’s clearly due to how efficiently they’re run. Orders are accurate, from extra sauces to “leave-it-off” customization on burgers. This location has genuinely brought me back to McDonald’s as a customer.
