The staff was friendly they seemed a bit understaffed though. Food was hot and ready when I got there, was happy with the taste. Only bad thing is the parking lot they need to fix it.

Just don't. The staff does not care about your order. The website and app are terrible and if there is an issue with your order you get to talk to Macs mom. Seriously.

Horrible service. Can't even contact locally. What happened to pizza hut?
Edit: after reading reviews im not the only one the owner will reply sorry and not change anything. They need to shut this place down.

The last few times I’ve ordered from this location, the service has been disappointing. I ordered pizza and mini cinnamon rolls but received cinnamon sticks instead. When I called, I could only reach a third-party call center—not the store. They resent the order, but I got cinnamon sticks again. If the store had just communicated they were out, I would’ve asked for a refund.
A few days later, I tried ordering again. The delivery never came, and when I called, the call center said the order was cancelled—yet I never received any cancellation notice. I’m now just hoping my refund goes through.
The food is good when it actually arrives, but the lack of communication and reliance on third parties makes the whole experience less enjoyable to say the least.

The last two times I’ve ordered carry out they’ve been out of ingredients, which is fine, but the issue is they don’t call and when you get there the people working don’t say anything about being out of ingredients, they just hand you the pizza and hope you don’t say anything about the missing toppings you paid extra for. Who cares if you paid extra for something you didn’t get, right? Also the pizza is almost always undercooked. Like, severely undercooked. I always have to throw it in the oven for a few extra minutes when I get home. I think I’m done with this Pizza Hut. I will be looking for a new option for pizza.
