  I just had the best tasting and visually appealing McDonalds quarter pounder with cheese, no ONION, EVER!!!! And I dont know when who or how this change came about. But good job McDonald. God i hope its not a pretend meat only because I don't like some of the ingredients that fast food places use in their " not real beef" burgers....dude those fake beef....not real plants and vegetables either folks.....they say one bad exsperience is 10 automatically and then reaches 100 peoples thinking brains within few days, sometimes just a few hours. But a good one is less than half the spread and more than double the time. So let me make sure I do this visit justice and sink in my good review deeper than any bad one ever reached. I will forever tell everyone and anyone when McDonalds comes up in conversation that this one in Winona, MN is so far beyond better that its even better then the review on the one in, Chicago I think. In Chicago they had some chicken nuggets that were fire. And the place was so low key and looking like caution should be informed and I should expect the worse in 30-minute after consumption but nope at that particular stop I went back for second nuggets and I dont usually fully eat or like nugets...but Anyhooo. hands up and waving this Winona, MN McDonald's near Kraemer Dr. is doing something different and it needs to be recognized!!! Even the buns felt fresher...maybe at first, because I wasn't expecting something of this stature, a little too greasy. I felt my fingertips a bit wet almost, kind of and it took me about 3 bites to realize its the bun...after that I drifted back in time to the days when bread was homemade and brushed with salted cow's milk butter. The kind of bread only mom could make. I dont know if this is a new launch happening in many places, hopefully not a fluke. Its what a McDonalds burger should look and taste like. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese is the first contender to have the taste and look and satisfaction to stand with pride next to the Ronald McDonald House (If you follow my google reviews you know that I hold that charity very dear and am always grateful to know there are places that give and care about and tend to the needs of human beings in ways that change how people go on to exist whether they be still here on earth or on their way out to the next place of existence. They change the way you look at life on so many levels. They genuinely handle people respectfully as you would hope and expect them too. And once you've encountered their love, care and humanity you feel what i am saying ...so yeah it says a lot when I taste a food and its value and worth shines out letting the consumer know that "someone" cares about the people who eat the foods that make the dollars that buy the homes that this "someone" lives in. This made me so proud of McDonalds fast food in the way is reflecting of the quality of your charity work to human beings in times when the struggle has getton far too real for them to stand on their own. I hope this is just the beginning of some new fresh and better than the rest burgers. Because it was so worth the money spent. And left me feel good about eating some fast food.   It was clean and quiet. Friendly people and the food was really good 😊 prices could be a little cheaper though. $14 something for two items is way too much. $10 I think is reasonable for what I got.

  Food was disappointing. The fries were soggy. The fish sandwich was tiny and looked aged. Disappointing.

  Did not get to eat here since the drive through line was not moving and I didn’t get to order. Watched customers just drive off who were waiting in line to order. Drove to the other location down the street.

  Food was mediocre, burger was dried out. Like it was in warmer for 1/2 hour or longer. Fries were blah. Service was quick and friendly.
