  Me and my family were a part of a funeral and my family and me were closing the funeral and were hungry, we decided to drive down to the McDonald’s since it was 3 minutes away from the funeral home. We got there at 8:50 and ordered our food and we were the 5th in line, but we had to wait for a full 40 minutes to just be able to pay and get our food. Not only that but we were also able to hear screaming coming inside of the McDonald’s. When we finally get our food we head to our resting area and start eating, we got three medium fries, three Mc Chickens, a Quarter pounder and a double Big Mac. The Quarter pounder had barely any veggies or toppings in it and all three fries were extremely soggy and were cold, not only that but one of the fries didn’t have any salt in them and had a weird after taste we had also gotten two drinks(Coke,Sprite) and both had barely any ice in them,(we didn’t order less ice), we had also asked for a receipt but didn’t give us it.

  Always had good service and fresh food here. Definitely more than you can say about most fast food locations at this point.

  I've been a customer in the area for greater than 5 years. The customer service at this location is consistently very poor. The food, more often than not, is cold by the time it gets to you. I enjoy McDonald's French fries as much as the next, but this is quite a disappointment getting consistent cold fries and among other items. Additionally, there is one particular drive thru employee (usually works late evenings) who yells at you through the drive thru telecom, does not respond to you regarding questions about the menu, and simply puts in an incorrect order and tells you to pull around (and to the wrong window as instructed on multiple occasions and then belittles you for it?). I have on number of ocassions politely declined to continue the order process and leave. I have nothing against McDonald's but this type of customer service is awful - I don't need to eat at McDonald's, I choose to eat there. As this has continued as a theme at this location, I've elected to pursue other fast food options in the area and highly recommend that others seek another location if looking to order from McDonald's unless management aptly addresses the recurrent issues. It really is an easy problem to address with proper management coaching and routine performance assessment. I wish McDonald's all the best but these series of experiences from this location alone have my sails drifting elsewhere when electing to a fast meal. Best of luck.

  If you have 20 minutes to kill, hit the drive-thru at any time… inside is nice, play place is clean but if you’re looking to order out you’re better off going inside
