Me and my friend went there when we had only 30 minute break to spare, working a 10 hr shift. We wanted to get coffee to relax ourselves and build up energy and on top of messing up our order with the coffee, they added bad service, not taking accountability, topped with attitude and no respect at all for us as customers. We were nothing but polite and only stated that the coffee wasn't the right order and asked if theres any way they can help with getting our right order. My friend said she wasn't surprised as this has happened to her as well in a similar situation. It's absolutely ridiculous to me that even half the reviews share similar experiences. It was bad enough that the order wasnt right, but even their treatment towards us was bad. Please, as polite as I can fix this, fix your services.
