Today after I ordered politely as regularly, I was given one of my cheeseburgers CAKED with the onions. I apologize if you do not agree with me but I like onions just not the ones from McDonald’s and for me to enjoy your cheeseburgers I have always asked for the onions off, you guys did not forget that I asked that. You guys took it with frustration or some form of emotion and put a MOUNTAIN of onions below my patties, as well as a layer melted into the cheese between my patties. Atleast I did not have to have the pickles that I don’t like from McDonald’s, I’d rather bring my own pickles from home. It’s not very good customer service to intentionally do the opposite of the customers request especially in a food department. Again never in my life had an experience like that with any McDonald’s. Hope whoever did that gets a reality check on what their job title is or finds a different job.

She is a master at taking orders from people, giving people food, and just in general, she is just a nice and hard working person. Every time she does something, she does an amazing job! Also i would like to request a music playlist to play during open hours… it can be very awkward when there is no music
