- SHStacey Hinz2 days ago1.0Beware, don't attempt to use the app to order food unless you're in the parking lot or physically in the building because it won't go through, they'll charge you and gladly take your money and then tell you they didn't get the order and have you order again and take your money again and when I called the manager that's exactly what he said and that my money "should be refunded " since the order wasn't picked up. I intend to contact corporate office about their app and possibly the attorney general as well, they're crooks and don't care about their customers what so ever. Save yourself the headache and go next door to Wendy's, their food is far superior anyways.

First they taking forever with lobby orders and there only about 5 of us here ..I understand stand when ppl off they need to go but .. i worked Mcdonalds 12 yrs as a manager and I do know nobody should be going home or grabbing food when customers have been waiting longer then they should ..customers come first ! Not only that they girls are just standing around in there phones

- CMCourtney milesOct 26, 20251.0Usually I have a good experience here. Today was absolutely horrible. First they get my order wrong after they took $70 from me. So I go back to the window they ask for all my bags of food. I give it to them. They take 25 minutes put the cold food that’s now been sitting out for 30 minutes give it back to me “organized” still miss food from my order and it’s cold. Waste of time and money they need new management and employees.
