  I visited this McDonald's location to purchase food for my children. My order included a McDouble from the $5 menu and a Happy Meal. Upon returning home, I discovered that the order provided was incorrect. I subsequently contacted the establishment to report the discrepancy. The individual who answered the call was the same employee who had assembled my order. She maintained that the order she prepared was accurate and then hung up on me. I decided to drive up there and talk to a manager, who also acted like she didn't know who answered the phone when I asked for the staff's name, but it's cool, I have a video. This location is always getting orders wrong or giving out cold food. The staff are disrespectful.

  So I just went through the drive-through of this McDonald’s I ordered a big Mac meal with a large sweet tea and a 20 piece McNugget with sweet-and-sour sauce I get my drink and I get my food and I get home and when I taste the drink, it is unsweet and it has no ice or nothing in it. Keep in mind. I’m only three minutes away from the McDonald’s and they didn’t put my sauce in the bag in the nuggets were burnt overall not a very good McDonald’s.

  No effort here.morning service is great afternoon's leave something to be desired. Gotta be pretty lazy to slap a burger together like this.

  12/24/2025 I ordered a strawberry shake for my daughter, and the ignorant lady who worked there purposely gave me a vanilla shake and told me that it was “white strawberry”. I didn’t argue or order a new one because I was running late for work. Please teach your employees the difference between vanilla and strawberry shake. Horrible customer service!

  A petulant service workers Decided to lock me into the store and play a mind game where I had to walk all the way around the store in order to get back to my car because she decided to lock the door and not let me out. All this after I can’t go through the drive-through to pick up an order I have to come inside and then I do eventually park my car to come inside and they lock the door so I can’t get back out the same way I came in and create all these weird loop holes and issues that just don’t need to be done. Can I just get my food and go home without weird procedures that make no sense?
