The rude female employee just chose BBQ we saw that on the receipt and then NO sauce in the bag at all. Deluxe crispy McChicken was soggy and not hot. The only thing that was good about the entire trip was the hot fries. Train your employees on customer service or at least to be nice. How hard is it for someone to just be nice. Also I have given McDonald's 5 stars before like the one in New Hope, good hot food, nice employees, food comes out not sloppy and falling apart. This one is just horrible

Like what does it matter we are paying -unprofessional unnecessary, especially in this economy when we barely have money to have a treat like that customer service means a lot even at McDonald's we appreciate great customer service no matter what your job is.. I would have liked to have been able to say I had a great experience rather than complain

Unfortunately I don’t have the time during a short work break to drive back and fix my order and actually get my food. Can’t refund shit on the mobile app let alone contact customer support. will not be eating at mcdonald’s ever again tbh. too many chances to improve service with everything just getting worse.
