  not a reviews person but since they deserved it i thought i would, ive lived in this town for years so this pizza hut has been my go to for awhile they have been spot on with my order everytime good food good service and friendly people

  Pizza was cold. Didn't receive the right quantity of cheese. Pizza slices weren't cut all the way through.

  This experience was not new but we wanted to give Pizza Hut another try. Ultimate Tavern pizza… not ultimate at all! Delivered cold and 40 minutes late. Online delivery estimate was 25-35 minutes. Delivery was made 70 minutes later. The pizza was lukewarm and soggy. We also got garlic bread that had no garlic flavor. With all the pizza choices in St. Michael/Albertville, Pizza Hut has gone to the bottom of the list.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but the man working in back tonight was beyond rude to myself and the young girl working the register within less than the 5 minutes I was there to pickup my takeout order. I forgot to add Parmesan to my cart and so I asked for some at the counter and she said yes and to insert my card to pay. Once that was finished she turned around to ask him about it and he started freaking out at both of us about how it’s a mess to void it after payment, throwing his arms around and then said to just give it to me for free before walking away. I wanted packets and didn’t know it was only a container now but I intended to pay for it either way and thought she added it to my bill before paying. At that point I didn’t even want it anymore and declined to take it. I don’t know if he thought I was trying to get it for free or what made him act like that but it was incredibly uncalled for and he needs to chill out. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and I would never talk to my staff or customers like that. I feel bad for the nice girl working the counter who got yelled at for asking a question but his attitude and how uncomfortable that interaction made me never want to return. I’m new to town and this was my first time placing an order so I was excited to get food from here more often but that’s not happening anymore.
