For the second time in a row, one of the pizzas we ordered was wrong. On top of that, delivery was outsourced to DoorDash and took well over an hour. I'm sure they sat cooked waiting for a driver for at least 45 minutes. The driver didn’t use a food-warming bag, and the pizza boxes were literally wet when they arrived. The food was cold and soggy. The kids wouldn’t even eat it (kids not eating pizza… how does that happen?). We ended up throwing everything away and scrambling to figure out dinner all over again. Try to call and and voice dissatisfaction, good luck. Fool me once… you know how this ends. Never again.
