Then when you leave feedback with McDonald's corporate they respond saying the staff at the store have to sort this out for you, even though you see them asking for people to reach out here in the reviews. The response I got from the person running this store was equally confusing. Extremely bad store practices and unacceptable corporate practices. One bad apple can ruin the bunch.

Make sure your working start working more on customer experience, rude, low quality and un professional interactions at window and speaker. The McDonalds in my home town has a lot better reviews and it shows a lot, I even stopped there because you guys messed up my order and had a better experience.
