    Drive thru was disorganized, they took my order then disappeared. Needed to re order with a different person then they didnt know where my food was when i pulled up. Fries were typical Mcdonalds (👍) but not sure how you can mess up 2 cheeseburgers

    Been going to McDonald's since the 70s, the way I was treated makes me never want to go there again. The young folks can be so rude and uncaring, they where at this McDonald's, this employee,' hair was all over his head, no hair net, he left me waiting in the drive through for several minutes when no one else was in line, couldn't understand what he. Was saying. I am so disappointed and unhappy

    Cold fries, Extremely long wait in drive thru even with ordering ahead w the mobile app. I wish I could give this MCD a 0 stars. Every customer in front of me waited for at least 3-6 minutes. When I got to the front, they handed me my Big Mac meal with cold fries. Luckily I checked the bag and asked them for fresh fries. She rolled her eyes at me and took them back without saying any apology. Brought me “fresh” fries in 10 seconds and said nothing else. They weren’t even fresh but I wasn’t going to ask again. I will NOT be back to this location. This was at 8pm so not a late night order either. Horrible customer service & waste of $9 for a “meal”.
