I asked for a cold brew with chocolate and once I got it, it was literally coffee and the and half a cup chocolate. I asked them to remake it because it doesn’t look the same or taste the same and all that chocolate was disgusting. The lady at the register told me I could pour the half and half in the cup i was confused because I asked you to remake it. Then once I walked away she then wanted to remake the drink. And it was still nasty. I’m not sure why this location is different but I won’t be coming back here. A simple fix turned into me physically making a drink. And my sandwich never came in a bag. Other locations my food would come in a bag and napkins as well.

There were a couple of difficult customers ahead of me and the staff was still super nice and did not let it get to them. They handled those people better than I would have! Every single person is always super friendly when I am there. Fast service as well!
