- LLLilly LaValleyOct 14, 20251.0Oct. 14th 2025 Approx 8pm I had placed an order on the app for curbside. When I arrived I checked in and waited 10 minutes in the curbside parking spot. During that 10 minutes I watched 4 or 5 other vehicles go through the drive thru and recieve their food. Finally, after 10 minutes, I too went through the drive through and told them that I had been checked in for 10 minutes. The male on the other end showed no concern and I had to state multiple times that I was still waiting for my order. Finally he told me to pull up to the second window. I was told by the shift lead that they were just waiting on my fries (why were my fries not done when 4 or 5 other vehicles ordered after me?)... when I received my food i went home only to discover that a whole large fry was missing from the bag. So, I called and started the drive back to get the missed item. I also noticed that the slip that was attached to my bag showed a time stamp of 8:04pm... that's 4-5 minutes AFTER I had already parked and checked in..... overall very bad experience and I will be back to not eating here since serving clearly hasn't improved since last year when I was last at this location.
