Excuse me, what?! Where is the friendly staff? Because I certainly didn't experience that so I walked out. Sadly disappointing if staff refuses to assist a customer with a simple question. A training session on customer service is desperately needed here. The correct way to answer would be "allow me explain..this sandwich is made ... Or this bowl is made with .." very simple explanation with a smile.

Good price and it's not your normal "commercial sub" it gives the home made taste with butter work of making it yourself. Would very much recommend
