It was ok but would’ve been better if the guy would’ve warmed it up like asked. He was very rude to begin with. I understand it’s 6 in the morning and he may have been tired but good customer service should be the first priority. Today I decided to go back but ordered via app. WHY EOULD YOU CUT A BAGEL LIKE THIS IS ITS NOT MADE INTO A SANDWICH?! This really made me upset because it was not cut this way the first day I went. Secondly WHY? 🤣😂 I’m legit confused as to why someone would want their bagels cut like this. I actually wanted to come home and make a sandwich with it that’s why I didn’t add cream cheese. Please help me understand it and going crazy 😂😂

The food was really good. *red flag for people with allergies** Specifically TREENUT. I went to grab the breakfast blend medium roast, I took a sip and sadly enough the blend was off and tasted like some sort of nut. I have a treenut allergy. They marked the grab and go coffee wrong. The staff overall was 50/50. They young man making the food was extremely arrogant and dismissive. Terrible service through him. The management dealt with the situation. And did disclaim that the hazelnut is non-aunthenic. Which was comforting. The manager spoke with my friend and gave him a box of free bagels which was very kind of him to do that. However would I return again? Most likely not. But the food was good- just a overall scary situation.
