I came here at 11:58 after the worst day, made eye contact with the person at the register, and he shut everything down even though I was right there ready to order.

Didn’t get everything I ordered. Won’t do refunds by phone. Manager laughed on phone when speaking about this. Avoid this place at all costs.

Every time I make an order online through the app, they mess it up. Either I dont get 20 of my nuggets, or they forget the sauce, or they forget some of the fries, or the most recent Experience, which was last night.
I ordered the spicy deluxe Mcrispy meal, along with other food, and come to realize after getting home that they gave me the regular deluxe Mc crispy meal instead of the spicy. I called immediately and was told I could come back to get the right order. I couldn't come back the same day.
I came back the next day, (10/3), making a trip out of my way, to get the meal that they messed up, and the manager would not give a free meal card or anything.
He simply said well we just made your meal again for you free. I had the inconvenience of having my meal made wrong. Then having to come back the next day to get the correct meal.
Thats horrible Customer Service and I hate the fact that this is the closest McDonalds to us.
