- JMJoshua McCarthy1 day ago1.0Made a "counter pickup" order on the app. Came to location and lobby is closed, I have no intention on waiting in the unusually long drive thru line. Posted on the door is "lobby closed" and cant contact anyone by phone at the location so you get to play phone tag with corporate to get a refund. I chose to start a charge back with my bank because it easier for me and worse for the merchant.

I DONT LIKE USING THE KIOSK with all the sicknesses going around and everyone using it with no sanitizer. The employee then told us to get in our car and use the drive-thru and then come back inside to eat. This is ridiculous. I saw a lady go up to the register, and she stood there for 10 minutes and no one helped her, so she left. What kind of customer service is this?

The staff never rotated between the lanes, and they took orders from six cars in the right lane without ever acknowledging me or even asking for my order. After sitting there completely ignored, I finally got frustrated and left. Not worth wasting my time or money at this location.
